How is the Audit Committee appointed
The Audit Committee is appointed by the annual General Meeting for 3 years and consists of 3 members.
The first time it convenes after being appointed, it appoints a Chairperson, who coordinates its tasks.
What is the role of the Audit Committee
The Audit Committee oversees the actions and management of the Board by:
- Ensuring that the Board acts in accordance with the law, the Articles of Association and the decisions of the General Meeting.
- Auditing the documents and accounting books of the Association any time it sees fit.
- Having the right to ask to examine the cash and deposits.
- Preparing a report about the management of the Board, which it submits to the annual General Meeting.
